United States: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

International: All international orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping costs are not included in the retail price and will be calculated and added at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, destination, and seasonal volume:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at messmagazineclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help, though Mess Magazine cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mess Magazine is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
